"Stradone del bosco"
The Stradone del Bosco runs at the foot of Montello, in the southern zone, coasting the Brentella canal. The road connects up with the “Panoramic” road at Nervesa della Battaglia as far as presa XVI of Crocetta del Montello.
Along the Stradone del Bosco you can relax in a walk or a bicycle ride, immersed in nature, and discover places rich in history. The fact is that here events occurred that left a mark, like the numerous vicissitudes of the Great War or the writing of “Etiquette.”
The communes crossed by the road are Nervesa, Giavera, Montebelluna and Crocetta. It also touches on various smaller hamlets like Sovilla and Bavaria, Selva and Venegazzù, Caonada and Biadene and finally Ciano.
On the way you come across villas, mills and places linked to characters and artists that made the history of this small but rich hill that is Montello.
